How can I make an order?

First of all please choose the brand you would like to purchase, using the Brands column from the left side of the web-site. Choose the brand style and then the quantity of cigarettes you decided to buy. Please take into consideration the price diminution while choosing more then 1 carton. When you click Buy Now, you are sent into Shopping Cart. If you want to buy more than one brand of cigarettes please click Continue Shopping and repeat the process. When you are done please click Proceed to Checkout button. Then we will ask you to fill in all the fields in the Shipping Information form. After you finish you will receive a confirmation e-mail about your transaction. In a short time you will receive another confirmation e-mail that will inform you, your order was shipped to you. Within 1 and 3 weeks (usually 11 working days) you will receive your order directly to your door.

Can I make an order using MasterCard?

Unfortunately, no. You can only do it using Visa. At present we don't accept MasterCard.

Can I make an order by phone or by fax?

Unfortunately, no. You can only do it online now. Other ways of ordering will be available later.

Is there a maximum order?

No. The quantity of cigarettes that can be purchased at CigBuyNow.com is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur.
But please be aware that we do not accept large quantity orders from first-time customers. If this is your first purchase in our store maximum quantity is 12 cartons.

Do you have a waiting period before shipping the order?

I made an order, but received only part of this. Is that normal?

Yes. If you ordered two different brands, the time of delivery is about 5 days. Some of the cigarettes are shipped from different places (Ukraine, Russia, and Moldova).

What should I do If I haven't received my parcel within 21 days?

If you do not get the parcel in 21 days period after you made your purchase, you should obligatory call or e-mail us. We immediately start our own investigation, and if in 10 days period after that you still don't get the parcel, you may choose:
1. We send you the parcel once again to the amount of order you have made, as if you ordered it once again but you pay no money.
2. We give you your money back.
